Zet in Instellingen van je toestel de meldingen voor Be Still aan. Open daarna in de app Instellingen en controleer de tijd bij "Dagelijks om". De herinnering is een lokale melding en werkt zonder internet.
Apple laat een app je telefoon niet zelf dempen. Be Still legt in Instellingen → "Vanzelf openen" uit hoe je één automatisering in Opdrachten maakt: op jouw tijd zet die Niet storen aan tot het einde van je tijd met God en opent de app. Favorieten en herhaalde oproepen komen altijd door.
Geef Be Still toegang tot Niet storen via Instellingen → "Vanzelf openen" → "Instellingen openen". Daarna dempt de app meldingen tijdens je tijd met God.
Delen is optioneel en anoniem. Je zin verschijnt zonder naam in de teller en op de wereldkaart op truthmuse.org. Namen, e-mailadressen, telefoonnummers en links worden geweigerd. Je locatie gaat alleen mee als je de schakelaar aanzet, afgerond op ongeveer 10 km.
Mail de zin en ongeveer het tijdstip naar [email protected]; we halen hem weg.
Op je eigen toestel. Wil je het ook online lezen en op andere apparaten terugzien, log dan in onder Instellingen → Profiel (Apple, Google of Microsoft). Je dagboek staat dan versleuteld bij ons en op time.truthmuse.org/profile. Zonder inloggen is er geen kopie bij ons.
Ja. Verwijder in de app onder Dagboek een moment; ben je ingelogd, dan verdwijnt het direct ook uit je online dagboek bij Truth Muse. Wil je alles online kwijt maar je account houden, verwijder dan alle momenten, of mail [email protected] vanaf het e-mailadres van je account. Verwijderde momenten bewaren we niet; alleen de versleutelde databaseback-ups lopen binnen 7 dagen over.
Direct en definitief verwijderd: je naam, e-mailadres, account-ID, sessies en je online dagboek. We bewaren niets. Alleen de versleutelde databaseback-ups van onze hostingpartij lopen binnen 7 dagen vanzelf over. Het dagboek op je toestel blijft staan; anoniem gedeelde momenten zijn nooit aan je account gekoppeld (zie hierboven om die te laten verwijderen).

Allow notifications for Be Still in your device settings. Then open Settings in the app and check the time under "Daily at". The reminder is a local notification and works without internet.
Apple does not let an app silence your phone. Be Still explains under Settings → "Open by itself" how to create one Shortcuts automation: at your time it turns on Do Not Disturb until the end of your time with God and opens the app. Favourites and repeated calls always come through.
Give Be Still access to Do Not Disturb via Settings → "Open by itself" → "Open settings". After that the app silences notifications during your time with God.
Sharing is optional and anonymous. Your sentence appears without a name in the counter and on the world map at truthmuse.org. Names, e-mail addresses, phone numbers and links are refused. Your location is only included when you turn the toggle on, rounded to about 10 km.
E-mail the sentence and the approximate time to [email protected]; we will take it down.
On your own device. If you also want to read it online and see it on other devices, sign in under Settings → Profile (Apple, Google or Microsoft). Your journal is then kept encrypted with us and at time.truthmuse.org/profile. Without signing in we keep no copy.
Yes. In the app, delete a moment under Journal; when you are signed in it is also removed from your online Truth Muse journal straight away. Want everything online gone but keep your account? Delete all moments, or e-mail [email protected] from your account's e-mail address. We don't keep deleted moments; only the encrypted database backups roll over within 7 days.
Deleted immediately and for good: your name, e-mail address, account ID, sessions and your online journal. We keep nothing. Only our hosting provider's encrypted database backups roll over within 7 days. The journal on your device stays; anonymously shared moments were never linked to your account (see above to have one removed).
